4-H Projects Press Release StateLine Cooperative is proud to support the 4-H and FFA fair participants. This year StateLine is encouraging the area youth through a ribbon buy-out program. StateLine Cooperative will pay $15.00 to each StateLine customer's child who participates in the Kossuth, Hancock, Winnebago, Emmet, Palo Alto or Fairbault County Fairs. Exhibitors must present proof of participation (earned ribbon or certificate) to any location and complete a simple form. These payments are for any project displayed at the fair. It is not limited to livestock, but includes wood-working , home economics, gardening, photography or any other project sanctioned by the local fair board. Forms will be available at the StateLine booth at the Kossuth and Emmet county fairs, or stop in or call any StateLine location.
